The Paluma Environmental Education Centre provides a range of learning spaces for your group to use.
Our Dining Hall is now double its previous size (see left and below right), with two separate spaces available for use as classroom/ meeting rooms, with both equipped with a SMART Board, data projector, DVD player and a computer workstation. We also maintain a small library of reference books.
The grounds of the Centre provide a number of learning spaces, but the World Heritage listed rainforest is our main site for learning. Students will find themselves utilising one or more of our "Rainforest Classrooms" during their stay.
A large grassed area at the rear of the centre and the adjacent Council park serve as ideal play and activity areas. We have a small selection of sporting equipment available including a volleyball net, totem tennis poles, and a range of bats, balls and other items.
